1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid LocalizeASO passes and checkout purchases. Current Agent and hosted passes are one-time purchases; legacy subscriptions are covered only where an account still has one. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Billing provider

Where checkout is processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as merchant of record for the payment transaction and handles payment processing, tax calculation, invoices, renewal handling where applicable, and eligible refund processing. Payment card data is processed directly by the payment provider and is not stored by LocalizeASO.

3. Paid passes and legacy subscriptions

Paid passes are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. If you have a legacy subscription, it renews according to the billing period shown at checkout unless cancelled before renewal. You can manage or cancel an active legacy subscription through the billing portal made available in LocalizeASO or by contacting us at [email protected].

Cancelling a legacy subscription stops future renewals. One-time passes do not need cancellation. Unless mandatory law or a separate written agreement provides otherwise, cancellation does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period.

4. Refund requests

If you believe a payment was made in error, a duplicate charge occurred, the service was not made available, or another exceptional issue justifies a refund, contact us at [email protected] with the account email, invoice or transaction reference, and a short description of the issue.

Where Paddle is the merchant of record, refund requests may also be handled through Paddle buyer support. We may coordinate with Paddle to review and process eligible refunds.

5. Mandatory rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer protection, withdrawal, chargeback, or statutory refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
